Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony will be postponed to the next day when either a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is being issued or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is being hoisted. The rescheduled date will be subject to the organiser’s final decision and will be announced on this website.

The Exhibition

The Physical Show will be closed when either a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted. The Show will resume opening in 2 hours after all signals are cancelled before 15:30HKT.

Guided Tours

All guided tours of the day will be cancelled when either a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted at 10:00HKT.

When the Show is re-opened after all signals are cancelled before 15:30HKT on the same day, people who have registered for campus access with a QR code for the day are welcome to visit the Show without the guided tour service.

Online Activities

Online activities will be postponed to another date when either a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is being issued or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is being hoisted. The rescheduled date will be subject to the organiser’s final decision and will be announced on this website and/or via email to registrants.
